In case you hadn’t noticed yet, I’ve added a new button on my sidebar. It’s a map program that shows where the last 100 visitors to my site were located. They say it’s pretty basic programming. I say it’s cool and free.
Click the button here or in the sidebar to see where the last 100 visitors to my blog have come from. (You’ll be on there!) Be sure to scroll down a little after viewing the map, so you can see some more information about how it works and you can add it to your site for free.

Many people have compared the status of the United States with that of Rome. Major world power, strong military, liberal society, diminishing morals…. I’m not saying that the U.S. is going down or anything, but we probably SHOULD pay attention to history and learn from it. Here’s a quote from Ancient Rome:
“The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.” —Marcus Tullius Cicero
